The weather for a few days (excluding yesterday, which made me forty five minutes late to work...grrr) has been kind. I took this opportunity to go to Osterly Park, which is a big park sort of close to my house, a ten minute bus jorney lets say. Here's a few pics for you I gathered from my walk/run. Better than the gym right? Only the Gold's gym I recently joined is pretty damn cool.
My local gym was more expensive!! Who knew...I went into a bit of an overload and now have some aches and pains...oops!! Today is my recovery day, cant wait to try the nrew classes tommorow!! :D
